Join us for a cold open water swim induction amidst the captivating beauty of Loddington Farm Reservoir. This induction is COMPULSORY for all current and or new swimmers now embarking on swimming for the first time through the approaching winter. With our professional guidance and support, we'll ensure a safe and enjoyable experience as you learn the basics of open water and now cold water swimming. Our induction course will help you build confidence and develop your skills, setting you on the path for a successful cold open water swims in the future. Our open water swimming sessions are fully supervised by qualified personal trainers (PTs) and lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. With expert guidance and attentive supervision, you can swim with confidence knowing that you're in capable hands. We adhere to strict safety protocols and provide comprehensive safety briefings before each session, so you can focus on your fitness goals while we take care of your well-being. You should have been requested to complete a questionnaire and disclaimer on sign up, you will need to have completed this prior to being allowed into the water, (to be completed and renewed yearly). You will then on arrival also need to completed our open water induction (based on your competency and experience). (Tow Floats are a requirement). Please where possible bring your own. We do have some for sale. What's included: When you purchase this plan, you'll gain access to our cold open water swim induction, a comprehensive session designed to familiarize you with the unique aspects of open water swimming. Led by our experienced instructors, the induction typically lasts around 1 hour and takes place exclusively in the lake. Please note that this plan does not include access to any of our additional services such as sauna experiences or group coaching sessions.
